    Sales is not difficult if one understands the simple yet structured processes and step to ensure that we can get our message across simply and effectively. From the beginning to the end, the sales process has certain basic steps that need to be taken to work toward a positive outcome. For the salesperson, this can be quite intimidating when working under the pressure of having to reach targets. This workshop, therefore, starts with the individual, working through the attitudes needed, how to structure your time and day, how to prepare and ensure that you have defined your markets and honed your knowledge sufficiently to approach your calls with confidence.

    Sales techniques such as good questioning, the use of conversion phrases, overcoming objections and working to a close are all included.
